Connect2success (C2S) began operations in August 2008. C2S is a drop-out recovery STRIVE Student Success Network led by Cincinnati State Technical and Community College and Jobs for Cincinnati Graduates.

OUR MISSION

To connect out of school youth to student-driven and student-centered successful learning that leads to graduation, postsecondary education or certificated training, and gainful employment.

Our guiding principles & core values are:

• To value the students and make them understand that they are valued;
• To provide students with an opportunity to gain a quality education in an atmosphere that is conducive to learning, i.e., clean, safe, and friendly;
• Committed staff that is open to thinking outside the box that can lead to teaching and support services, which the students, no matter how diverse, can relate to;
• No wrong door;
• Failure is not an option and barriers can be overcome; 
• Every youth deserves quality career exploration, individual career planning, and the resources to implement a plan that will produce family sustaining wages.
