Josie Haywood has served as the President of former Executive Analytics & Design Inc. and Wiseiye Inc. both as Commonwealth of Massachusetts certified M/WBE, SBA DBE, WOSB, technology consulting businesses that delivered global Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions to the Commonwealth MA statewide as a subcontractor and prime vendor, as a federal government prime to assess 2 multi-billion dollar organizations for financial and regulatory and operational compliance control and as a team member with Jacobs Engineering for a 7 year DoD awarded contract. She sat on the Commonwealth’s Affirmative Market Program for 5+ years, where she received 2 Certificates of Appreciation from 2 Massachusetts Governors for volunteering and contributing to the advocacy of small businesses and their ability to win state contracts.
Ms. Haywood’s career highlights, that contributed positively to her companies past performance includes but is not limited to Comm of MA Accountant/Auditor, IRS Tax Auditor, 23 years in Investment Banking as Mutual Fund Accountant/Manager to Sr. Business Analyst/IT Project Manager, Putnam Investments as IT consultant for ERP analysis, design, development and support to fortune 100 clients and much more.

Lisa James is the Chief Executive Officer of LJ Consultants, which she manages and oversees all operations regarding government and commercial clients across various industries. This includes finance, business operations, strategy development and implementation, government affairs and business development. LJ Consultants is a recent graduate of the SBA 8a Business Development Program. Prior to founding LJ Consultants, Ms. James has worked at many Fortune 500 government contracting firms in the Washington DC Area and two of the Big Four accounting firms. She has over 25 years of extensive experience in public accounting and government contracting and has managed projects with revenues of $100M upwards and beyond $500M. She is skilled at managing ambiguity and adapting to and driving change. Ms. James has earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Howard University.
